Super-prime residential real estate developer, London Projects, approach us with a brief to design a luxury brand book that showcased and celebrated the finer details of the business. With a vision that closely aligned to our own, they were a brand we couldn’t wait to work with.
With an unrelenting commitment to quality, London Projects are renowned as a specialist developer to some of the finest and most exclusive residences across prime central London.
With a portfolio of well over 200 properties, in premier locations such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, we had an embarrassment of riches when it came to showcasing the exceptional details woven into each and every space.
Our concept plays on the phrase ‘Inside & Out’ and suggests an exclusive look at the internal workings, processes and methodology that goes into each development, alongside a visual compendium of some of their most select projects – both ‘inside and out’.
When dealing with such a premium subject matter it was important to consider every detail and reflect the vernacular of the sector in our design, production specification and craftsmanship.
To achieve this, we explored materials with exquisite quality and uniqueness. The end result was a book bound in a soft grey crushed velvet, juxtaposed with a high gloss marble-effect bellyband wrap, referencing the interior materials and finishes found in London Project’s refurbishments.
The ‘Inside & Out’ concept was woven throughout the narrative of the book, building on the marriage of London Projects’ approach and the physical projects, the ‘&’ was used as a vehicle to explore each and every detail.
