JT Lifestyle Homes are not your usual property developer; they’re an independent business with an alternative approach that opens up high quality homes to everyone. Alongside building affordable housing, they believe everyone should have the right to own their home, not just rent it, and have developed their own unique zero deposit, rent-to-buy scheme.
JT Lifestyle Homes initially approached us to help them build a brand that would communicate their warm and approachable nature to their audience, reflect their philosophy and demonstrate their humanitarian approach to property development.
We developed an approach with a strong tone of voice that used language to turn negatives into positives through honest and powerful messaging. Paired with a fresh pastel colour palette and linear graphic illustrations, the outcome was unique and compelling. The new brand was also flexible enough to be rolled out across every touchpoint: from marketing brochures, hoardings and apparel to the new website.
Inspired by the pitched roof of a modern house, the logo, is a subtle hint that the home is at the heart of JT Lifestyle Homes’ philosophy.
JTLH are an active employer, creating jobs and opportunities and partnering with one of the UK’s largest private construction training organisations. To date, they have helped to train over 4,200 qualified trades people, who now work in the construction industry. To ensure the safety of these trainees on-site, we also applied the new brand to a series of specialist PPE items.
To guarantee brand longevity, we developed a flexible system that allows the brand to be rolled out across any future developments, while building value into JTLH offer.
To support the brand’s initial launch, we designed a smart, flexible website skin that featured a selection of the developers most recent projects.
