With over 30 years’ experience supplying print and branded product to clients across the globe, Blank turned to us to help reposition the brand and develop an integrated on and offline offer.
We have since assisted Blank in the creation of everything from business cards and campaign messaging, to printed literature, digital templates, art direction, animations, photography and web development.
Blank’s website is a natural extension of their bold brand personality. We designed and built a website with a clear, confident aesthetic that created the perfect platform to showcase the product photography and tone of voice we had previously developed. Designed around a modular system with a custom content management interface the new website allowed the client to easily build and customise their content and pages.
Blank’s core brand concept pivots around ‘filling in the blanks’. To bring this concept to life, we developed an image concept that turned the two-dimensional block into a three-dimensional platform to showcase product. Needless to say, everything was captured, processed and retouched in our in-house studio.
One of our key deliverables was to develop Blank’s tone of voice. To feed the readers’ imagination and keep them guessing, we developed a messaging strategy with a confident and witty twist. This has been applied to a whole host of offline marketing materials, and weaved throughout their website. Our bold approach has seen an incredible engagement rate since launch.
As the working world changed during the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for employers to find new ways to engage with the colleagues and events organisers grew exponentially. To address this challenge, Blank created Inspira. Inspira is a fully tailored, mailable gift solution that allows organisations to directly connect with the recipient via a pack of inspirational products.
Based on the idea of an exclamation mark, the symbol of a surprising moment in time, we developed the Inspira brand and supporting material. This included: mailing boxes, branded animations, comprehensive brand guidelines and seasonal articulations of the brand.
