MONO ensure stringent security measure are in place to protect data from unlawful or unauthorised access. Also protected for accidental loss, destruction or damage. MONO ensures personal data is collected for specified and explicit and legitimate purposes and is not processed further in a manner that is incompatible with the initial purposes.
All Data processed by MONO is done through lawful basis: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests. Individuals have the right to access their personal data and any such requests made to MONO will be dealt with in a timely manner.
MONO shall ensure that personal data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, MONO shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the ICO.
