As our client partner, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, helping to keep the agency organised and on track. Our work is brand-led, so you’ll be working across a range of channels and disciplines including; positioning, identity, marketing and all manner of on- and off-line design including print, websites, content, motion, signage and film.
Project management will be a key part of the role, ensuring all campaigns and jobs are completed on time and within budget. Working throughout our client portfolio you will have daily involvement in managing and building long-term client relationships, honing and defining briefs, developing strategies, spotting opportunities, planning and delivering effective work.
What we are looking for?
We need a partner. Someone who will be committed to the cause. A strategic thinker, who takes responsibility, can contribute to sales and growth of the agency and share in the benefits of success.
We’re not necessarily looking for the finished article here, but you probably already have 3-5 years agency experience. This role will require you to be passionate about design, brand and understanding how great storytelling is key to exceeding customer expectations. In return you’ll command a competitive salary and all the usual benefits.
You must be super-organised with valuable client services experience and specific knowledge around comms, branding and digital. You will be a great communicator, positive, naturally get on with people and relish a busy workload. Commercial nous is also a must, with the confidence to lead on client-facing meetings and calls with key contacts.
We have a great studio in central Leeds but expect the role to be a blend of office and remote working.

Are you an ambitions designer with 3-5yrs experience, a standout portfolio and varied skillset who can come up with great ideas and turn them into reality? Are you able to turn powerful strategy and compelling narratives into inspiring brands that engage and connect with customers? If so you might be perfect for this role.
What are we looking for?
A mid-weight designer with the passion and motivation to develop on to the next stage of your career within a highly creative team. You will have a tonne of creative flair, strong typographic and layout skills and the ability to demonstrate the thinking behind your work. Ideas are key here but you’ll also posses the skills to beautifully craft the final result.
You will work closely with our creative team under the direction of our Creative Director on multiple briefs. Our work is brand-led, so you’ll be working across a range of on- and off-line channels and disciplines including; branding, print, websites, content, motion, signage and film. Complimentary skills in motion and digital would also be an advantage.
The role will be varied and consistently evolving around the needs of the business but you will be right at the heart the action and have plenty of freedom to develop and flex your creative muscles. With a client list including both global brands and smaller independent organisations, there’s lots of variety and plenty to sink your teeth into.
With a few years under your belt you should have a strong and varied portfolio but more importantly we’re looking for an ambitious, passionate and hard working designer that fits into the MONO team culture.
We have a great studio in the heart of a thriving area of Leeds. The role will be predominantly based out of the studio but with flexible working where required.
